It’s an event that’s good for those who have other plans on the 4th but still want to reconnect with the local community. You’ll enjoy a concert by the Marine Forces Reserve Band and then watch fireworks to end the night with pizzazz.
The event starts at 6 pm and ends around 9:30 pm, and has free admission for everyone.
Partying at The Country Club
Advertising itself as the best-kept secret of New Orleans, this Bywater restaurant loves to throw a thrilling party. Even if you’ve been lucky enough to attend before, the recent renovations make this building shine like never before.
When you and your loved ones visit here, you’ll get to browse a menu 40 years in the making and a bar that serves all kinds of beverages – including mocktails for seniors unable to consume alcohol. If the heat of summer gets to be too much, The Country Club also has an onsite pool to enjoy.
