Stephanie Barton Maxwell

Executive Director

Stephanie Barton Maxwell devotes herself to providing excellent assisted living and memory care services to her residents. Before Stephanie joined Summer House Ashton Manor, she was a Community Relations Sales Director for an assisted living community and an Account Executive for a Home Health company. Prior to those positions, Stephanie also worked for a local hospice company and a hospital. Stephanie’s professional background is in marketing, but her love and compassion for senior healthcare led her to pursue a successful career in the assisted living and memory care industry. Stephanie was awarded Employee of the Year in 2020! She has one son, Tate, whom she loves spending time with outside of her professional career.

Samantha Dufrene

Director of Sales

Samantha Dufrene brings over 16 years of sales and specialized customer service experience into her role as the Director of Sales at SummerHouse Ashton Manor. Samantha’s warm and welcoming demeanor coupled with her dedication to resident satisfaction is a big part of what makes Ashton Manor truly feel like home to residents, team members, and guests. Samantha served in a regional sales role many years before becoming part of the Ashton Manor family. She currently resides here in Luling, and she has been part of the St. Charles Parish community all of her life. Samantha is married to her husband, Wade, and together they have three beautiful daughters, twelve-year-old Zoie and ten-year-old twins Addisyn and Braylyn. Samantha’s compassion for people and her ability to assess and meet their needs make her an invaluable asset to our Ashton Manor team.
