Brianne Grubbs Smith

Executive Director

Brianne Grubbs Smith is the Executive Director of SummerHouse Beau Ridge’s Independent Living community. Born and raised in Mississippi, Brianne lives in Brandon with her husband Destin and their son Waylon. She enjoys traveling to the beach, spending time with her family, and hosting dinners for her friends. She has worked in the senior living industry for several years, playing an integral role at St. Dominic’s before joining the Beau Ridge family in 2017 as the Activities Director. This opportunity established a strong relationship with the residents. Her bright, bubbly personality crafted an exciting and engaging atmosphere that made SummerHouse Beau Ridge the place to be. Brianne then transitioned to the Business Office Manager position that gave her the experience of billing, managing staff and seeing the community through a different lens. After six strong years learning the community from top to bottom and sideways, Brianne was welcomed as the Executive Director in 2023. She is committed to making SummerHouse Beau Ridge the top Independent Living community in the area.

Debby Gooch

Executive Director of Memory Care

Executive Director of Memory Care, Debby Gooch, has gained more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare and is a skilled and seasoned veteran in the assisted living and memory care field. Prior to joining the Beau Ridge team, Debby served as the Director of Wellness at a different assisted living community, where she was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the nursing and caregiving team members. She also spent many years working as the Regional Director of Quality Services for another assisted living community, where she hired and trained leadership team members and ensured that care standards were being met for 15 communities throughout four states. As a result of many years spent training healthcare professionals and overseeing the care of countless residents, Debby is considered a highly respected expert in her field, and the special affinity and passion she has cultivated for providing specialized memory care and serving as a support system for family and team members makes her the ideal leader for the SummerHouse Beau Ridge community.

Anna Ables

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Anna Ables is joining the team with a history of both hospitality and sales.  Anna is very much a people person and enjoys building relationships while promoting what she believes to be the best fit for that person.  In her spare time, she is a licensed Real Estate agent and specializes with first time homebuyers. Anna was born in the Delta but raised in Natchez, MS. She still loves Natchez and the beautiful history it holds.  Once Anna graduated high school, she obtained a Bachelor in Real Estate Finance from Mississippi State University.  She currently lives in Madison with her husband Shane and their two-year-old son Luke, but they are moving to Benton soon to enjoy the country life. Their two cats and two dogs will love that. They attend Pinelake Church’s Madison campus as a family.
