I visited there for business purposes and fell in love with the people & peaceful atmosphere! The pond and garden area are spectacular.The caregivers seem to genuinely like their jobs and it shows. Audrey and Susan go above and beyond for all. I look forward to my next trip there.

Very nice facility. It’s alway clean and the staff is so welcoming. They also have a nice room that can be booked for meetings, small get togethers, etc.

We toured SummerHouse on Mardi Gras Day. We were looking for a place to move my father in law to. My husband and I made an appointment with Audrey and I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Community! They had just had their annual Mardi Gras Ball and the room was still decorated beautifully for it. We toured the entire facility and one area was better than the next! We met residents and staff members. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The entire place was spotless! We met with Audrey for two and a half hours! She answered every question we had and was extremely knowledgeable and a great resource! I would consider moving here if that time would ever come. I would highly recommend SummerHouse to anyone who wants a top knock and caring facility!

Words can not express the attention to detail and commitment ….this community is top notch!! From the love, support and good times they give their residents is nothing compared to what I have experienced with any other community. The level of humanity and empathy within this community is second to none!

This Assisted Living Facility is top notch! The place is very clean, all of the staff is so friendly and always smiling and the residents look like they have so much fun and really enjoy living there. If you are looking for a smaller community that feels like they take care of you like family, this is a great option.

Went to SummerHouse Park Provance today for the Holiday Baazar Punch Party! Let me start out by just saying we were a vendor & this is the most well thought out and put together vendor show. The building is beautiful! The staff is amazing and so welcoming. Audrey who put the show on is an absolute sweet heart. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and makes you feel so welcomed. We will be back for more shows that they put on in the future. I would give 20 stars if I could!

I have visited SummerHouse Park Provence on several occasions to attend community events. I have always found SummerHouse residents and staff to be friendly and welcoming, the facility beautifully decorated and clean, and the food well-prepared and visually appealing. I believe SummerHouse's community involvement benefits both the residents and the greater Slidell community.

This place is AWESOME! They have amazing staff and the food is not only ALWAYS delicious, but nutritious, and plentiful! There is always someone to greet you with a smile, and many times there is live music playing! Since working with a number of assisted living places over the years, I know first hand that Summerhouse is the place to be for your loved ones! Committed, caring, and thoughtful!

SummerHouse is a very nice community. The staff there is very compassionate and considerate of the residents needs. SummerHouse is always having something going on to keep the residents active and social. It is a must visit.

My Mom and Dad lived at Park Provence for many years, my Dad for three years and my Mom for eight years. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to the Executive Director and staff for the excellent care that was delivered to my parents during that time. During Covid they went above and beyond to provide services for my Mom during those difficult times when we weren’t able to. Even when my Mom was total care on hospice they took care of her with great love, respect and dignity until her final days. This is a special place with special people.

Everytime I visit Summerhouse Park Province I am impressed with the cheerful staff, the cleanliness, and the fun activities. It is a happy place. Everyone I know who lives there or has a relative there speaks very highly of everything there. I may move there one day!

If you visited this community and met the team, you’ll know very quickly why so many call it home. The team of caregivers go above and beyond for their residents. Be sure to take a stroll around the pond in the back. Amazing!

I have been a volunteer at Summerhouse for the last year and it has been an amazing and fun filled experience. Not just for me, but for my children too. We are welcomed by smiling residents that hug, squeeze, and adore us all! We are called by name and my kids have even been “adopted” and fought over by the residents. We found a family that needed us and employees that needed us too. If you have a gift that you want to share please do because you will leave as family too!

When we needed a place for our Mother, we researched and visited a number facilities in Slidell. After much review, we chose Summer House/Park Provence. We have been very pleased with our selection. The staff is very considerate of the residents. The managerial staff is very tuned in and is available to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Park Provence/ Summer House.

I moved in several months ago after being on the waitlist for almost a year. My apartment is spacious and I was allowed to decorate it as I wished. I am absolutely astonished that everyone who sees me that works here, knows my by name. The rooms are meticulously kept. Everything is taken care of for me even all of my meals and utilities. Now I am free to do anything I want 24 hours a day and now I have more time to do it all! Maintenance has been wonderful, taking care of things immediately. The staff have responded to all of my needs with kindness and promptness. Although I still drive it’s comforting to know that on a day when I don’t feel like driving, the bus is available at no charge during the week for my errands and group activities. I have spent many evenings with other residents listening to a talented piano player who lives here, guessing sing titles! I’ve been able to reconnect with friends from many years ago here and have made several new friendships. My only regret is that I should have done this sooner!

One of the best assisted livings I have been to! I work for Elara Home Health as a nurse and to know that my patients are so well taken care of when I leave is comforting not only for me, but for their family is well. The staff makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. I will forever recommend Park Provence to families who are looking for somewhere to assist in taking care of their loved one.

Absolutely stunning and well maintained property. Staff and manager were very organized. The residents were so happy and friendly. The apartments are the largest I have seen for senior communities. The grounds were also spectacular. Truly a value for what you get. Understand why there is a wait list!

I have visited many great assisted living communities in the area but SummerHouse Park Provence really stands out. The staff is warm and friendly, the residents seem very happy to be there, and have been engaged in fun activities every time visited and the place is spotless. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a place in East St. Tammany.

I have worked here at Summerhouse Park Provence for 10yrs. It has been a wonderful experience. It has been a pleasure meeting new people, learning how to deal with many personality. I started out as a caregiver and moved up to a supervisor position. I have fun everyday enjoying my coworkers, and residents. I HAVE A BIG FAMILY ❤️

It took me some time to say this after loosing my mother, but the review represents my strongest opinions. The last thing I said to management, Susan and Audrey along with the staff was that they all were going straight to heaven. Over the years that my mother was a resident at Summer House Park Provence, we shared many experiences and at every turn my mom was always treated with love tender care and respect. The staff all knew her by her nickname Ruru. My mom always had smiles and upbeat friendly relationships with the various staff members who cared for her. Over the years we became close. Everything was about my mom’s happiness, comfort and care. I had come to realize that they loved her and were invested in her daily joy. When she had challenges as she advanced into late years, they ran towards them and performed their duties and made her smile. What was evident is that they truly cared. I will remain grateful to the leadership who so carefully chose and guided the staff... who led by example and always made me feel welcomed in the facility. My application is boundless! Thank you Susan and Audrey for the high standards and loving care you inspire and expect and to Tina, the lady who looked after Ruru so closely and lovingly every day, you made us all smile and we shared the love of a great lady up to her last moments on this earth. Susan and Audrey as well as the entire team are top notch. They are very involved with the residents and families and go out of their way to accommodate them. I have referred families here and they were immediately taken care of. They go above and beyond and the dedication to social events for their residents is outstanding! I highly recommend them.

Summerhouse is great. The staff, on all levels, is so welcoming and caring. The residents are definitely treated on an individual basis. Talisha is a nurse there, and she has been working diligently with my mom to guide her back to a healthy lifestyle. She is going above and beyond. We are very impressed and so thankful for Summerhouse!!! 🥰

I work at Summerhouse Park Provence been an employee for 18 yrs. I have worked as a caregiver a housekeeper and now I’m back working with the residents once again. My beautiful mother was a resident there and she was treated with love, respect and kindness. It was like she was family to them. I don’t know what my family would have done without the wonderful staff there. Summer House Park Provence has so much to offer your loved ones and it is a clean, beautiful place for your loved ones to reside. My mom was taken very good care of and the staff treated her like she was their mother. She passed away in January 2022 and they were there for me and my family through it all. They really care about their residents and their family. I give it 5 gold stars ⭐️!Melba Bennett

Making the move to my new job was something scary which is to be expected. My biggest fear was not knowing if my Residents and coworkers would except me. After a few months I feel at home. What a beautiful campus!! I've volunteered to call bingo several times for the residents and it's been a great experience every time! The staff is absolutely wonderful. I always love my visits at summer house!
