Bay Cove is the best assisted living and memory care in the area! The staff really seems to care about their residents and prioritizes community. The facility is extremely clean, well-kept, and in pristine condition! The apartments are roomy with beautiful views of the back bay. I definitely want my family there when the time comes!

I’ve toured this community for both assisted living and memory care. My observation was their staff engaged and caring for the residents. Activities were in full swing in the memory care and resident were enjoying themselves having refreshments and singing songs. The community smelled very clean and I was welcomed by everyone I met. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a loved one!

This is where my sister has lived for the last several years. She loves it there,has made many new friends over the years. On our recent visit the activity director had a Jamaican cruise party for the residents. Not to miss out on the fun we played our part. My wife sister and myself decked out

Teresa was very welcoming and helpful as we toured. I was real impressed with the sunny spacious rooms, various activities, and beautifully decorated meeting rooms. I think it will be a wonderful place for my mother in law.

I've been working at Bay Cove for around 6 years. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love this community. Everyday I'm lucky enough to see gorgeous views of Back Bay Biloxi as I walk to my office. Our staff here is very devoted to caring for our residents, the leadership works hard and is very supportive, and the residents are just delightful. One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to know the life story of the people who live here. They have accomplished so much in their lives, and at Bay Cove they made friends to share their memories and create new ones. It's a great place!

As a private caregiver, I visit many assisted living communities. I am rarely impressed with what I see. Summerhouse at Bay Cove feels much more like apartment living than assisted living. They appear to have a lot going on all the time. And, I have heard the food is good (so, so important).

My brother has lived at Bay Cove for the last several years. It is a wonderful place that takes amazingly good care of its residents. The grounds and facilities are well taken of. My brother says the food is good and he can always find something he likes. Nancy, the Executive Director, is wonderful and is always available to help with any issues that arise.

I have 2 parents in the memory care facility at Baycove. 5 STARS isn't enough. I can't say enough about the quality of care given and the wonderful staff. Liz, Kim, Angel, Janice, Faye and really all of them are amazing. The building is well taken care of and activities are fantastic and engaging. My mom has been there for over 3 years and she has been happy the entire time. If you find yourself needing a place for your loved one Baycove gives families the peace of mind of KNOWING that they will be taken care of.

My mom has lived at Bay Cove Memory Care for two years. What I have witnessed first-hand is how much the staff there loves and cares for their residents. They also care about the families of the residents. When my mom has a need, they always keep us in the loop. The staff has done a stellar job in protecting the residents from COVID, while making sure they are still able to visit with family through Facetime calls or visiting with us on the screened porch with masks and social distancing. The facility is beautiful, and the meals they serve are wonderful. We are eternally grateful to the staff at Bay Cove for so lovingly caring for our mom.

Everyone at Bay Cove Memory Care have gone out of their way to assist me in preparing my mother to go there January 2019. I couldn’t ask for nicer staff! I visited the facility and found it to be very clean and maintained. I also watched the residents who seemed to be happy. I was there during their lunch time...the food served looked very delicious. I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders with the genuine concern for my feelings from the women I’ve been talking with. I have no doubt my mom will be happy there and that chose the right memory care home.
