Elizabeth Pond

Executive Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care

As Executive Director, Elizabeth Pond, has led this compassionate team since 2015. She oversees all community operations to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of person-centered assisted living and memory care. Elizabeth believes in focusing on what a resident can do rather than what they can’t, and trains her team to support and encourage residents, enabling them to reach their own highest potential and live their fullest life each day. Elizabeth chose her career path as the result of a true passion and calling for serving the elderly, and her natural ability to build strong relationships with residents and effectively and compassionately engage them in therapeutic care plans make Elizabeth’s guidance a vitally important aspect of the exceptional senior living offered at our community.

Tammy Beck

Business Office Manager

Tammy started her career after college in long term care where she graduated into an assisted business office position. Following her passion she went in the hospital businees office support side for 10 years. She has now found her home in Senior Living!

Cymantha Townsend

Director Health Wellness (Assisted Living)

At 15 years old while caring for her Grandmother who had Cancer, she realized her calling. Since 2016 as an outstanding LPN, CJ has been delivering quality care and support to patients, residents and families throughout the country. She is also responsible for molding and training younger nurses who have now chosen to practice in the senior living arena.

Angel Fox

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations, Angel Fox, considers it a privilege and a blessing that she has been afforded the opportunity to work with seniors since 2007 as a Director of Celebrations. Angel has been part of the Bay Cove Memory Care Team since 2015 and she has greatly enjoyed working with her memory care residents and applying her Dementia Certification skills towards helping residents reach their own highest potential and live their very best quality of life. Angel has been married for 36 years to her husband, John, and they are the proud parents of Joshua and Jessica. Angel is very excited about the person-centered memory care program she is leading at Bay Cove and is proud to provide seniors in Biloxi with the most exceptional care in the region.

Earl “Ray” Parrish

Director of Culinary

Ray Parrish is a self-taught Chef who started his culinary career washing dishes. It didn’t take long for natural curiosity to become a drive to learn. It started simply and became more of challenge to satisfy a need to excel. It had taken 30 plus years to go from that simple beginning to becoming an Executive Chef for a multimillion-dollar Restaurant/Banquet facility in Diamondhead, Ms. from that he became an Exec. Chef at Hilton properties for two years. These accomplishments were made without any formal training other than a sense of self determination and work ethic that still holds true after these many years.
