Executive Director of Assisted Living, Nancy McAllister, at SummerHouse Bay Cove oversees all community operations to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care possible. Nancy has served in the Aging Services field since 2000 and has led the Bay Cove team since 2013. A native of Buffalo, NY, Nancy’s passion lies in helping others live their best life. In her spare time, Nancy loves spending time on the water paddleboarding, dabbling in interior design, and running crab traps with her husband, James, and their dog, Geoffrey.

Executive Director of Memory Care

Executive Director of Memory Care, Elizabeth Pond, at SummerHouse Bay Cove has led this compassionate team since 2015. She oversees all community operations to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of person-centered memory care. Elizabeth believes in focusing on what a resident can do rather than what they can’t, and trains her team to support and encourage residents, enabling them to reach their own highest potential and live their fullest life each day. Elizabeth chose her career path as the result of a true passion and calling for serving the elderly, and her natural ability to build strong relationships with residents and effectively and compassionately engage them in therapeutic care plans make Elizabeth’s guidance a vitally important aspect of the exceptional memory care offered at our community.


Crystal Miller

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Crystal Miller, has been a trusted resource for seniors and their families for 17 years along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Prior to joining the Summerhouse Bay Cove family, Crystal served as a Hospice Liaison and a Liaison for Private Duty Nursing Care. Her expertise in Senior Resources has enabled her to help hundreds of seniors and their families over the years. Her passion is helping seniors find the best resources for themselves. Crystal wants to help guide seniors with compassion as they navigate senior living. She loves being part of the Discovery Senior Living management group because we put seniors first and have such a caring team at Summerhouse Bay Cove! In her free time, Crystal enjoys gardening and taking care of her dogs.

Resident Care of MC_Faye Elly

Faye Elly, LPN

Director of Health & Wellness

Director of Health & Wellness, Faye Elly, has more than 26 years of experience in the nursing field including more than 7 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to caregivers in training at a Mississippi college. She has been with SummerHouse Bay Cove since 2015. She attended the Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Selma, AL and is a certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Faye is a member of the Medical Assistant Advisory Board at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, as well as the Vice President of the Knights of Saint Peter Claver/Ladies Auxiliary Organization. Faye is incredibly dedicated, dependable, and detail-oriented, and she is very grateful to work in a field that allows her to apply her skills daily to her life’s passion of enriching the lives of others.

Angel Fox

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations, Angel Fox, considers it a privilege and a blessing that she has been afforded the opportunity to work with seniors since 2007 as a Director of Celebrations. Angel has been part of the Bay Cove Memory Care Team since 2015 and she has greatly enjoyed working with her memory care residents and applying her Dementia Certification skills towards helping residents reach their own highest potential and live their very best quality of life. Angel has been married for 36 years to her husband, John, and they are the proud parents of Joshua and Jessica. Angel is very excited about the person-centered memory care program she is leading at Bay Cove and is proud to provide seniors in Biloxi with the most exceptional care in the region.


Catherine Weaver

Director of Culinary Services

Catherine Weaver, comes to Summerhouse Bay Cove with many years of experience in serving seniors. Chef Cat is no stranger to senior living; she was the Dining Director for many years for one of the largest independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities in the country. Her passion for food and pleasing others began at an early age watching her mother of French descent create delicious and beautiful meals. Chef Cat graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a culinary degree. Besides keeping our residents and team happy and well-fed, she teaches culinary classes at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi.
